ARCILA FAMILY RESERVE ANAEROBIC & CINNAMON

This coffee was grown by Felipe Arcila at the farm Jardines Del Eden. This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 48 hours. During this fermentation stage, dried cinnamon sticks and tartaric acid were added. The coffee was then gently washed and placed on raised beds mixed with cinnamon sticks below 35oC until ideal moisture content was achieved.
