This blend was created for the customers that don't like the acidity and fruitiness in coffee. The idea behind Mamma Mia is to find a balance between all its characteristics, mainly acidity, sweetness and bitterness, all working together in pure harmony. Mamma Mia is not a dark roasted coffee, and it doesn't have any Robusta or Brazilian coffees in it, but it is the result of a combination of new experimental coffee varieties and different fermentation processes. All these elements combines give to the coffee a medium/low acidity, an intense chocolate, caramel and almond taste with a hint of ripe cherry.
