The Cerrado region is located at an altitude between 1.000 And 1.250 meters, which provides ideal conditions for growing specialty coffee due to its perfect balance of wet and dry seasons.

São Silvestre farm is located 15 km far from Serra do Salitre county, at an average altitude of 1.220 meters high. São Silvestre farm is known for its beautiful terroir, awarded coffees and concern with the environment.

The variety is yellow catuai, the riped cherries were fermented inside open air tanks, after fermentation, the coffee cherries went to raised beds to slowly dry.

In this coffee you can find notes of citrus fruits like orange and passion fruit with pleasurable honey aftertaste.
